VIRTUAL TOUR CONVERSION SERVICES

We want you to get the best out of GoFar Real Estate Pro and realize that not everyone has the software tools and skills to convert virtual tour files. We can help you with our VT conversion service via email. All you need do to activate this service is contact support@nortech.com.au and request our current price list. The service ranges from around US$15.00 per virtual tour (VT).

What do you need to supply?
We need your Virtual Tour image provider to email us the ORIGINAL STITCHED PANORAMIC IMAGE. That’s all we need.

Virtual Tours are usually created by taking shots from different angles from the centre of the tour. Then special software is used to seamlessly “stitch” the images together into a single panoramic image, which is then converted to what you ultimately see – a rotating panoramic. So your service provider should be easily able to provide the panoramic stitched image we use to create the movie version of the virtual tour. Movie virtual tours rotate automatically and are played using your Windows Media Player® on the Hand Held – they have no interactivity.

What do we return?
We simply email you the completed movie virtual tour – a .WMV file – which you detach from your email and store in a suitable location on your hand held. Then you select it from you “Property Details” screen so you can play it back from within GoFar Real Estate Pro.

Note: Virtual tour file size is usually around 300 – 350 kilobytes.
