Nortech Australia Launches "Pocket Real Estate Pro Version 4.1" software for Pocket PC devices.

Nortech Australia Pty Limited (‘Nortech’) today released it's Windows CE and Pocket PC Pocket Real Estate Pro V4.1 software. The software is based on the award-winning database for Handheld's: Visual CE from Syware Inc.

Pocket Real Estate Pro is designed to help users impress buyers on the spot, save time and money, and improve mobile operations management. The new version allows users to play back virtual tours on the hand held using Windows Media Player®.

Pocket Real Estate Pro is used by Real Estate Agents to be able to show off properties and pics to buyers, manage buyer’s interests with its integrated contact management extensions, perform property inspections on site, and get Vendor’s to sign on the hand-held. The software also tracks Vendors, Agents and Buyers and plays full screen virtual tours as well as full screen property pictures.

Pocket Real Estate Pro seamlessly synchronizes with an MS Access® database and includes a full front-end to work with property data on the desktop.

Pocket Real Estate Pro can also work wirelessly in this environment so when users walk into their head office the hand held automatically synchronizes with the main database.

Pocket Real Estate Pro V4.2 is being released on the premier PDA software site Handango.
