It Works...

Job Manager
Pro operates the way you rationally lay out a project in your
mind or manually on paper.
You
start with Client Information then Create
a Quotation. Then you Add Labor & Subcontractors,
then Materials &
Equipment Rented. That's
it! Quote Done!
Once created,
a quotation’s status can be edited before, during, and
after the project to provide extensive ‘real-time’
job tracking information.
Reports
can be viewed and printed at any stage. These include quotes,
orders, invoices and statements, and job progress reports, parts on
order, and a series of financial statements reflecting to whom you owe
money and who owes you money. See

At any
stage of a job multiple payments can be made against an invoice.
Job Manager
Pro synchronizes with data on the desktop, and can export data
to the PDA in text format. These functions are useful for sharing
information across multiple PDA’s, creating budgets and generating
graphs in MS Excel, as well as importing data into ODBC compliant accounting
packages.

The Job
Manager Pro application for CE devices, plus synchronizes data between
Job Manager Pro on the CE device and ODBC-enabled databases on your
desktop PC. You can also run the application and reports on your desktop.
Job
Manager Pro – with mEnable
Includes
all of the features of Mobile.Desktop Edition plus you can share data
via a central server. Each device is continuously synchronized with
a central database server. Users can disconnect and continue to use
local data. When reconnecting to the server, data is automatically resynchronized.
Users can work in a wired or wireless LAN or WAN environment. For

Trial
Version Limitations
Job
Manager Pro is not free software. The
trial download version is a fully functional version with a single limitation:
You cannot add more than 1 hour of labor to a quotation.
If you try more than '1' you will get an error when closing the screen.
The fully functional version does not have this limitation. To purchase
the full version click on
Product Information and purchase. Once you complete
your purchase you will be sent a unique 'un-lock' file to enable the
full version.
